I came to this place when I was just over 13, and I want to say thank you to each and every person I came into contact with in Akanbar for allowing me to grow up knowing your characters, and some of you to certain extents.

So yes. In addition to the ridiculous listing you've given...a big, BIG thanks to you, Derek. It may 'just be a game' to some people, but I can honestly say that Akanbar has played a big role in my life, and still does. So thank you. For introducing me, being there to pal around with, and, of course, suffering my ridiculous antics and countless embarrassing moments.

-Zycandos and Ilessa for putting up with me. Even though I'm not as bad as some people. ((this on is OOC, cause they probably put up with a bit from all of my characters.)) Also thank you two for doing -all- that you do, in conjunction with the other gods/goddesses.
-Laurisiel for being a wonderful Matron of Elysium.
-Sir Detahn and Sir Ichiban and Sir Magnum, for being the Knights in Shining Armour that they are and teaching me all that I know.
-Kenan for putting up with my tells asking to spar him... all the time.
-The people who ask me for help, with anything. Cause I love to help.

Only problem is that blacksmith shops don't get money from people's repairs anymore. Big nerf to the blacksmiths out there... Guess we'll see how the up-coming blacksmith repair skill will fair soon.

Zycandos - For providing the land of Akanbar for us to escape reality.
Filch - For being there to teach me about war and being Ysallyrian.

Magical Resistance- a good feature for mages who lacked the ability to overcome the damage of two handed weapons.

Hopefully, there is more like this in the works to help the lands regain some of it's lost population lately.

I heard they also increased their magical damage output to overcome the magical resistance as well as do more damage than they used to.

A big thank you to Jaethor, who is obviously a hard-working admin that seems to be painfully
proficient at making sure all of the cogs are turning the right way in our pretty little codebase.
Updating bugs that have been rotting on the forums for months, actually giving responses
when things are fixed and noting when other bits are in the works...it's just perfect!
