The Temple of Ascension
The surroundings are illuminated by the divine presence of Aten, God of the Sun. Surrounding you on three sides are the great pillared walls of the Temple of Ascension, their white marble seeming to reach towards the sky as they form a graceful horseshoe around this open area. Between the pillars you can see the inner sanctums of the five traits of the Ascended, the marble statues of their avatars gazing out at you with their stone eyes. The remaining side of the horseshoe has been left open, providing you with a view out from this vantage point high on the slopes of Mount Arquenos over all of Akanbar, a view that is strangely unobscured despite being so high above the clouds. Turning away from this vista you gaze upwards, where the shining Pavillion of the Gods can be seen at the mountain's utmost peak, from where they can watch over all Akanbar. Despite all of this however, the item that holds your gaze is the sacred Well of the Gods, a great stone basin holding a flickering red
and blue liquid believed to be the very essence of the divine. You see
statues of Sharallin, Sharallin and Sharallin in the surrounding shrines.

The magical ether that surrounds Akanbar becomes visible around the
Temple of Ascension, coruscating energies crackling across the sky and earthing
themselves upon the mountainsides.
Out of the wildly arcing energy, a single white light suddenly shines down
upon the Temple of Ascension, focussing upon the cocooned form of Sharallin,
its power seeming to pass into her as her eyes begin to glow with the
same light.
Embracing this new found power, Sharallin casts off her mortal form,
Her spirit rising out of her body as she ascends to take her place amongst
The divine.
Aradiance lets out a pained sigh.
A shimmering mist seeps into the room from seemingly nowhere, coiling
andthickening into a dense fog that blurs the surroundings. The air itself
ripples for a moment as Sekea, Goddess of Dreams, arises from the mists.

Shahar claps her hands applauding loudly.

As Aten, God of the Sun departs, the golden corona that surrounded him
Fades from your vision.
Sekea, Goddess of Dreams says, "In thine dreams thou shalt see me..."
